On Thursday, June 10th at 7:00pm, the Young Associates Board is partnering with Publican Quality Meats (PQM) and The Violet Hour to bring you an amazing night of charcuterie design. Join PQM’s very own Butcher, Rob Levitt, for our Cheese & Charcuterie Class. Guests will join via zoom as Rob guides you through the construction of your perfect personal charcuterie board. Learn about different meats and cheeses to utilize when building your charcuterie spread, plus the necessary accouterments to take your board to the next level. The charcuterie board is accompanied by 2 servings of a cocktail from The Violet Hour.
Each kit will serve 2 people. Non-alcoholic and/or vegetarian boards are available. Please note that if you are ordering for delivery out of state, you will need to order a mocktail option due to shipping laws.
Kits can be picked up at PQM free of charge. Pickup details will be provided closer to the day of the event. Delivery and shipping can be arranged for an additional fee (see below).
